A tiny bit of hypnosis can do wonders for your stress levels

We all have stressful periods in our lives. A lot of us are walking around unconsciously holding stress in our bodies. It’s slowly eating away at our insides and at some point we suffer the consequences. I’m going to introduce you to the 60 second anti-stress exercise. Once you have rehearsed this a few times you will be able to significantly reduce your stress levels whenever you need.

Now, the important thing here is to note that this is a form of self-hypnosis … not in the ’spooky swinging-watch look-into-my-eyes’ type … but of the type that changes your internal state to something different to that of stress. (Shhhhh …. shifting state is one of the key secrets of hypnosis!)

So how do you change state in 60 seconds? You’ll have to rehearse a bit but the key is to immerse yourself in a real or imagined memory of something pleasant … not as an intellectual thing, but as a full sensory remembering.

Try the following:

  1. Make sure you are in a calm, non-disturbed environment (at least when you start-off to practice this).
  2. Close your eyes and recall a time when you experienced a wonderful feeling of release … perhaps walking in the hills one summer afternoon or when you first met you’re future partner and …
  3. Imagine that you can see the scenario from a birds-eye point-of-view and as you do, float down into the ‘you’ in that scenario and look through the eyes of that person … as if you were there.
  4. Run the scene in your imagination as a movie … as if you were there.
  5. See things in color and as you do, recall any sounds that were there … sounds that you can hear now in this scene you are participating in.
  6. Begin to notice those great feelings you are experiencing as you ‘re-live’ the scene and let them amplify through you.
  7. Bask in the imagined memory, first person, surround sound, with the feeling you felt then welling through you in the present.
  8. And open your eyes, taking a deep breath as you do so.

You should have quite dramatically changed your state by doing the above exercise. Learning how to hypnotize yourself isn’t as difficult as you might imagine! Practice it. Try different memories. Make up some fantasy imaginings if that works. Try out a few different imaginary scenarios and work out which one most improves your stress levels when used in the above exercise.

Make a promise to yourself to become more aware of when you are holding onto stress and use that as a trigger to do the exercise.

Panic Symptoms – Had Any Of These?

You may be experiencing them, but you don’t know what they are. Panic symptoms are what I mean. If you understand what the symptoms and signs are, then you are on the road to stopping them all together.

Shortness of breath, racing heartbeat.

This is a major symptom of panic attacks. If you have these then it’s likely you are having panic attacks. Other underlying health problems can cause these so it’s advisable to go and get checked over. But if they are panic attack symptoms you should act fast.

Feeling irritated constantly.

In our busy world it’s not hard to feel irritated at everyone and everything around you. But this is another panic symptom. If you are having this symptom coupled with others, act now.

Can’t sleep.

Not being able to sleep can be caused by a whole number of things. One of the reasons you may be losing sleep is that it’s a symptom of anxiety disorder. It’s worth investigating further if you are having trouble sleeping.

Too much worry.

Everybody worries about things, and quite often. Whereas most of us don’t worry too much, we tend to let the small stuff slip away easily. But constant worry about any & everything is not a good sign. You could be a victim of anxiety attacks.

What can be done?

If you believe that you may actually be suffering some or all of these panic symptoms. The first port of call has got to be your own physician. Get checked out properly. If you get a pass from your doctor this may even alleviate some of your symptoms and worries.

But if you still think you might be having any of these panic symptoms there are actions you can take. Some highly regarded techniques are available to help you pinpoint the signs and to stop them in their tracks. And best of all these techniques involve no drugs or hospital visits.

If you are suffering any or all of the above panic symptoms you should seek help sooner rather than later. You may find the answer to your problems here at this website Panic-Stations.com

Take A Panic Symptoms Test & Learn If You Are About To Be Overcome By A Panic Or Anxiety Disorder

Fairly unbelievable but it’s only in these recent times that panic disorders are increasing. I say anxiety disorder but you can stick panic attacks & disorders in there as well. They are mostly one & the same.

Is there a reason that these attacks are much more common these days? I’m sure there is and I’m sure the scientific community will happily produce a number of factors they see as responsible. Regardless of cause, the serious of the condition remains for the sufferer.

These anxiety disorders have a wide range of symptoms & you might not even realise you are a sufferer. We are never born with these disorder but they seem to strike suddenly & with great force. You can get a clearer picture of whether you may be a sufferer by taking an anxiety symptoms test.

Usually a simple anxiety symptoms test will be series of check boxes that you either answer yes or no. At the end you can read the advice on how to interpret your score. After reading your score you can take the advice given & seek further advice to fight back against these attacks.

A few of the anxiety symptoms test questions may seem trivial and unimportant. However, they are designed that way to form a complete picture. Ticking yes to one or two questions may not seem overly serious but it depends on which questions you have ticked.

Take the question “Do you frequently feel irritated”, well don’t we all frequently feel irritated? But stick it together with a “yes” for the question about racing heartbeat & shortness of breath & you may well have a problem. If you do think you might be having anxiety disorder symptoms then what harm can it do to take the test?

It could come as a relief to find out it’s anxiety attacks that have been bothering you for some time. Rest assured that you are not helpless if you are a sufferer. Anxiety attacks can be beaten in several ways.

When my wife was struck with a panic attack (while driving our car of all places!) we eventually turned to a system called PanicAway. It worked for her after countless other “treatments” had no effect whatsoever.

Anxiety Test – Should You Take One?

Do you actually know what an anxiety or panic attack really is? Let me tell you it’s one of the most frightening things I’ve experienced. And it’s not even me suffering from them! I happened to be in a car with my wife driving while she had an anxiety attack.

I sure wish we’d had the opportunity to know beforehand by taking a panic disorder symptoms test. Sadly we had to find out with a full blown attack.

I’m not lying when I say it was one of my scariest moments. I had never in forty odd years seen anything like this anxiety attack my wife was in the grip of. “In the grip of” is a good description as well. It was like two giant invisible hands were crushing her.

I reckon millions of people don’t even realise they are having a panic attack, but they are. There are different levels of anxiety attacks but it still boils down to a panic attack. It’s not all doom and gloom as they can be easily conquered no matter how bad.

We saw a handful of doctors who all had a similar viewpoint. They’d repeatedly say there’s nothing to worry about, that it’s all in her head. I’ve seen these attacks and there is definitely something to fear if you don’t know how to stop them.

I could care less whether it’s in your head or not. If you are having an attack you certainly know about it. A few symptoms to keep an eye out for are underneath. If you recognize one or two then you could be at risk. You may need to act fast if you think you have symptoms of anxiety attacks. Better to act now than wait for a life threatening attack.

If you want to check out the number 1 (in my opinion) method to stop these attacks dead in their tracks then click this link… Review of Panic Away.

A few of the most common symptoms are…

Feeling the need to fiddle with something almost constantly. Fiddling with something or constant fidgeting can be a sign of an impending panic attack.

Do you frequently feel irritated for no reason Feeling irritated all the time can be a sign of impending anxiety attacks.

Do you seem to worry a lot Worrying more than normal can be a sure sign you may be leading up to having an attack.

Have you had a racing heart or shallow breath This is one of the biggest indicators. If you have either then you should seek further help quickly as you may be a sufferer whether you realise or not.

If you want to learn more and maybe take a more in depth anxiety symptoms test then get yourself over to my site where there’s a simple test you can take. … Click for an anxiety symptoms test
