Balancing Your Body With Chakra Meditation
Meditation is normally considered as one of the most powerful types of understanding someone’s religious being, and in the procedure, any one can easily live a fit and attentive life. Usually different cultures adopt dissimilar meditation techniques, but if there is any commonly suitable form of meditation, it is the Chakra Meditation. Often people refer to this as Chakra Balancing, or Chakra Healing, but it really is the same process.
Chakra Meditation – Knowing The Basics
In fact Chakra Meditation is the art of harmonizing and vitalizing all the seven energy points with in the human body, called Chakras, for aligning the movement of energy through them. Here’s a succinct depiction of these 7 energy hubs, or the Chakras.
*Root Chakra, also called the Base Chakra, is situated at the base of the spine. It is related to the ‘Earth’ element, which governs our overall health, security, and prosperity in life.
*The Sacral Chakra, located at the very center of the abdomen – this Chakra represents the element “Water” and is responsible for emotional and sexual components of the personality.
*Power Chakra, also famous by the name of Solar Plexus, is positioned on top of the naval area. It is associated with the ‘Fire’ aspect, which governs our determination, metabolism, and independence.
*The Heart Chakra. This Chakra is located at the center of your chest and represents the element Air. This Chakra controls love and relationships.
*Throat Chakra is positioned at the bottom of the throat. It is associated to the ‘Sound’ feature, which administers our uniqueness, communication capability, and tone.
*Brow Chakra, also named as The Third Eye Chakra, is located between the brows on the forehead. It is associated to the ‘Light’ part, which administers our acuity, understanding and vision.
*Crown Chakra is situated at the top of the head. It is related to the ‘thought’ element, which governs our wisdom, knowledge, and consciousness.
You can calm the mind by focusing on these seven important energy centers and synchronizing them. This in turn will result in lower stress and greater contentment. Chakra Meditation can also help to heal any malady which is connected to these seven Chakras.
Chakra Meditation – The Process
Chakra Meditation involves three techniques in this order.
*Grounding Method. As is obvious by its name, the Grounding Method makes your body feel associated with the Earth. The function of this technique is much easy. Just imagine a root mounting from your body and inflowing towards the Earth. Easier it may resonance, but needs strong attention and psychological consciousness while performing the Grounding Method.
*Centering Method. This method is imperative as it organizes your body to obtain the advantages of Chakra Meditation. Again, the purpose of this method is not too complex. Just take 4-6 deep inhalations and feel each body component from head to toe being comfortable. This procedure involves tapering and soothing each body part from toe, and then imagining the act of a potter who middles a pot on the pottery helm.
*Relaxation – this is the last step in Chakra Meditation. Everyone has their own ways of relaxing; there is no one right way, nor a wrong way to relax.
There are plenty of techniques of performing Chakra Meditation, the most famous are as follows
*Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
*Loosen all your clothing so that there is no tension on any part of the body, and close your eyes.
*Take deep, but natural breaths to help you relax – just let your body breath naturally and try not to think about it.
*Try to feel and be aware of every part of your body, beginning at your toes and moving upwards. As you do this, also become conscious of your surroundings, the grass or furniture you are sitting on. Be in the moment and relax.
*All the negative thoughts and emotions should not be avoided. Let them be! With time and regular practice, these thoughts will disappear automatically. Rather, when no such negative emotion disturbs you, that is the time when you should consider that you have perfected the art of Chakra Meditation.
*Be aware of each and every detail of your body and let your mind wander at will from one to another.
This meditation exercise is beneficial at any time of day or night and may be done for as long as you like – the longer you meditate, the better the results will be.
