Body Odor: A Sign of a Toxic Colon?

Have you ever wondered what exactly body odor is and where it comes from?

I bet you’d be surprised to know that body odor is often a sign of internal toxicity – and an indication of the need for colon cleansing. Have you seen any of the photos on the Internet of often enormous amounts of filth removed from the body by colon cleansing? Many companies that sell colon cleansing products will have some of these images for your viewing pleasure on thier Websites.

You might be shocked at the images of filth that most people carry inside their bodies these days. You might also be surprised to learn that most people carry ten or more pounds of uneliminated waste in their colon walls, and they’ve been adding to it since childhood. And at some point, it’ll start to produce an odor.

This may be new to you, so let’s back up a bit and look at why this is the case.

Well, modern diets aren’t exactly what nature intended for us to eat. Nature intended for us to be eating large amounts of fruits, vegetables, greens, beans, nuts, seeds, rice, and maybe an occasional fish or other animal – and importantly, not much else.

Since ovens and stoves didn’t come with the nature package, most of our food would be raw, or uncooked, and the fiber and enzymes in those foods intact. It’s how our ancestors lived for millions of years, and it’s a way of eating that’s designed to remove the waste from our colon quickly and easily. Did you notice that cheeseburgers, French fries, candy bars, and margaritas weren’t on the list? Neither was pasta or potato chips. In fact, eating the diet that nature designed for us is pretty much an anomaly these days – and also for the generations before ours.

And with this deviation, of course, there’s going to be an effect.

The effect is that waste doesn’t get pushed out of our bodies as quickly as it should. It might surprised you to know that in the few remote cultures that still follow a natural diet, it’s common for the people to have no less than three bowel movements every day: one thirty minutes after each meal. But in most cultures today, that too is an anomaly. When you understand how much trapped waste most people have in their colons today, you’ll know why it’s a common occurance for people to produce body odor, after just a couple of hours without washing.

Why Do We Have Body Odor?

Body odor becomes an interesting subject when you understand that we’re really not meant to have it. Body odor is actually a sign of toxicity in the body – its odor leaking through our skin.

How do I know? Well, I’ve done very thorough body cleansing and except for a rare occasion, I haven’t had daily body odor in years – which wasn’t the case before I began cleansing. And the rare instance when it appears is generally when I’m detoxifying, in which case I can smell that mess as it’s making its way out of my body.

Perhaps you’ve seen photos on the Internet of often enormous amounts of filth exiting from the body through colon cleansing? You may have also heard that most people have 10 or more pounds of old decaying fecal matter trapped in their colons at any given time. And at some point, it’s going to start to smell.

Have you ever wondered why most people start smelling somewhere between 13 and 16 years old? And why don’t they smell before then?

The answer: that’s about the number of years it takes to clog up our insides enough to produce a daily odor. For most people, 13 to 16 years of generally unnatural eating habits does it just fine. And for most it’ll then take another 15 or 20 years to take it to the next level and produce what we call health problems from all of that accumulated waste in the body. But the point is, we’re really not supposed to smell from the inside out.

Bad breath is just another sign of toxicity in the body. To understand this, you’ll need to know that it’s a straight pathway from your mouth to your colon, and the reverse path is also true. So, generally, bad breath is a sign of a toxic colon, and I’ll let you figure out what exactly you’re really smelling.

Morning breath is common, and since I’ve cleansed deeply, it also hasn’t appeared in years. Why is morning breath so common and why does it occur? Let me explain…

Our bodies detoxify themselves as we are sleeping. They take this time to detoxify us because we’re not digesting food and therefore we have extra energy to direct to detoxification.

So, each night, our bodies work to detoxify us from our daily incoming load of chemicals and previously unaddressed toxins. And each morning, we can smell the toxins that have been loosened for removal on our breath. The white coating that is common on tongues in the morning – those are toxins your body is releasing.

Morning breath is a mild detoxification symptom – or a symptom people experience when their bodies are detoxifying. And the heavier your toxic load, the greater your symptoms. So, the more toxic your body is, the more pungent your morning breath will be.

The good news is that you can cleanse your body internally to remove much of that toxicity, and along with it – you’ll remove the odors.

One nice thing about cleansing your body enough so that you no longer have a daily odor is that deodorant is no longer needed.

Eliminating deodorant is important because most deodorants contain aluminum. That may not seem like a big deal until you understand that aluminum is generally associated with brain atrophying diseases, including dementia and Alzheimer’s, and that ninety percent of what you put on your skin makes it into your bloodstream. This makes doing away with deodorant an important step – if you want to remember your loved ones on your seventy-fifth birthday.

Getting Rid of Your body odor

In a few nations and cultures, body odor is regarded a characteristic that is in demand. But in the United States, body odor will unquestionably restrain you from being the life of the party.

Sweat is where body odor begins. Perspiration is from the apocrine glands, situated in the armpits, around nipples and in the groin is the sweat that makes you stink. Why, you might ask? Because the perspiration from those glands has a large quantity of oil, which in turn allows a lot of food for bacteria. Perspiration, while keeping your body cool, if you cannot stop sweating, you also cannot arrest the bacteria. The following home remedies should help keep your personal smell from shocking other people.

The best way to prevent odor is to wash off the sweat and it’s bacteria. Attempt using an anti-bacterial soap rather than your regular soap.

You can try apple cider vinegar. The vinegar should be used in place of deodorant because it will bring down the pH of the skin and bacteria cannot live in areas with a low pH. White vinegar is also effective. Apply with a cotton wool ball instead of deodorant. The smell will be gone in minutes and you should be odor-free all day.

Rosemary is by nature an anti-bacterial herb. Add 8-10 drops of the Rosemary oil in 1 ounce of water and apply wherever needed. The same works for Tea Tree oil as well. With the Tea Tree oil use only 2 drops mixed with the 1 ounce of water and apply.

Another thing you can do to keep odor in check is by putting a small amount of baking soda in your hand. Then add a squeeze of lemon juice and make into a paste. Use the paste under your arms or where ever you have body odor and it should disappear.

These home remedies will help you so the next time you prepare for a grand entrance, definitely your body odour will not walk in before you do.
