Option Cancer Use: Cherries

Cherries contain the monoterpene perillyl alcohol, which possibly will induce tumor cell death. In 1999, Michigan State College scientists found that cherries dark coloring material is an excellant source of antioxidants known as anthocyanins. Dark colored cherries are utterly rich with a total of around 38 mg of anthocyanins in about 100gms fruit. Cherries also cover pain-relieving ingredients in them. Generally of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as aspirin, ibuprofen and Vioxx work by inhibiting cox1 and cox2. Cherries also contain a dose of cox inhibitors comparable to these higher than-the-counter pain relievers. Cox inhibitors are also being investigated faithfully for anti-cancer activity. Cherries also contain utterly high levels of Melatonin.

Melatonin is the body’s pure way of regulating sleep and has some anti-cancer properties. Considering every these essentials, the National Center for Complementary and Option Medicine (NCCAM) gave a grant to Johns Hopkins school in Baltimore to study the application of sour cherries in alleviating the pain of cancer. Michigan is responsible for the production of on top of 80% of America’s tart cherries. 2 teaspoons a day of concentrated cherry juice is a good dose.

Preference Cancer Use: Cranberries

Cranberries have rather good anti-cancer properties. Cranberries are a rich source of flavonoids. Flavonoids are diverse compounds found in plants plus this compound was investigated for it’s anti-cancer activity.

Selection Cancer Use: Papaya

Papaya is found widely in tropical American countries. Papaya leaf juice is claimed to include reversed cancer in many persons living on the Gold Coast in Australia. Harold W. Tieze in his trendy book  “Papaya – The Medicine Tree” describes how to make juice plus relays the stories of diverse cancer survivors who used the juice to obtain rid of their cancer completely. Tumors found in humans were injected in mice and these mice were treated including Papaya plus the tumors dissapeared totally.
