How to Spot a Good Skin Repair Cream
You have a lot of options when it comes to skin repair creams. People think of skin repair in many different ways. Some think it is the same thing as wrinkle repair. Some also think of it in terms of lightening scars. Others still want the tight, full skin that they had in their youth.
As you can see skin repair cream manufacturers have a lot to deal with. After all that is a large number of requirements for just one product. But some companies take advantage of this confusion. They are willing to use the lack of public knowledge about skin repair creams to their advantage. They use the lack of information to enable themselves to sell skin repair products that accomplish little or nothing.
Be sure that you know what you are getting when you buy a skin repair cream. Skin repair creams are, after all, much pricier than lotions. Insure that you are getting your money’s worth. Your skin should be literally getting mended!
Here are some things that may help you spot a scam:
• Good skin repair creams are mega moisturizers. Water, aloe and glycerin are not sufficient. You need some mega moisturizers in the mix. Look for glycolic acids and herbal components. Spotting fruit and plant extracts is also a good thing.
• A skin repair cream must do more than mask the problem. Often skin repair creams will contain reflective elements. They give an illusion of instantaneous improvement by reflecting light away from irregularities. This is good, but repair creams should have real mending elements. Specifically, look for vitamins A, C and E.
• Just collagen will not be enough. Collagen is a major selling point for many skin repair creams. But most forms of collagen will not be able to be absorbed directly into the skin. You end up just rubbing fatty oils onto your face. Collagen and elastin need help from peptides to be absorbed in skin repair creams.
There are definitely lots of good skin repair creams out there. They can be located successfully at most price points. Your key to success with skin repair cream is knowing what ingredients to look for and what those ingredients will accomplish.

Kim Hartley Leading skin care specialist Everything you need to know about your skin and hair says… This is very important information when considering a skin repair product. It’s vital to the success of the product to be able to drive it into the dermis of the skin, that’s how it will be most successful. Spa facials are also a big plus.
