If you have a real problem with sweating, it is from my point of view not possible getting relief with reading a book. I’m using Sweatstop since 2 years and I can live with it. There are more products like that. See also Certain Dri or Maxin can get help.
Everybody has to find his own solution, I’m just curios promising help by reading
